Job Description

Principal Accountabilities
• Drive new sales of solution and service in data centre connectivity, telecommunication networks, security networks and system, IT infrastructure and system.
• Account Management of existing major accounts, acquire and develop new accounts via own networks.
• Devise sales plans and strategies as necessary to hit KPIs and targets.
• Develop transformational partnerships with clients based on a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure their long-term commercial success.
• Maximize sales productivity by engaging dynamically with clients around their needs and priorities, strategically driving new business pipelines.
• Understand client workflow—how their data and information are procured, disseminated, and consumed, and the measurable impact on their business.
• Report as necessary on sales activities, competition, and customer responsiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams, align company resources to address accounts’ requirements and challenges towards successful delivery of projects and forming sales pipeline.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, business development or project management in data centre, telecommunication,      security system or IT sectors. Having previously worked for a telecommunication or security manufacturer will be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of telecommunication solution, data centre connectivity, security products, will be preferred.

  • Candidates with technical sales experiences of security system, who are well connected in the security products distribution channels and own a personal portfolio of opportunity project pipeline, will have      advantage.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Consultative sales and negotiation skills with high levels of integrity and professionalism.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Competent with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level). Chinese language knowledge will be an advantage.

  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis
