Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to lead our pre-sales and post-sales technical support and participate in partial management tasks. This role will involve customer requirements analysis, solution design, project delivery, and ongoing support, as well as assisting in the overall technical development and security planning of the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales Support:
- Participate in customer requirements analysis, provide technical consulting, and assist in drafting solutions and bid documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure technical feasibility and competitiveness of solutions.
2. Post-sales Support:
- Take responsibility for technical support and optimisation after project delivery, ensuring the stability of project operations.
- Address technical issues encountered by customers and provide continuous architecture optimisation suggestions.
3. Architecture Design and Project Management:
- Plan and design enterprise network and data centre architectures, including the integration of traditional and cloud architectures.
- Establish and maintain IT operations and security management processes, including change management and incident response.
4. Team Management:
- Manage and train the technical team to enhance the overall delivery capabilities.
- Participate in overall project coordination, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery.
Requirements:
1. Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Must hold Cisco CCIE certification in three areas: CCIE Routing and Switching, CCIE ISP, and CCIE Wireless.
2. Work Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, network architecture, operations management, design, and delivery.
- Experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support, with strong communication skills for both customers and internal teams.
- At least three years of experience working with Fortune 500 IT vendors.
- Experience in the architecture design, delivery, and operation of large-scale enterprise networks.
- Experience in the design and delivery of data centre architectures for major financial institutions.
- At least five years of experience in team and project management, having managed teams of 10 or more.
- Experience in IT informatisation across sectors such as finance, internet, banking, insurance, foreign trade, and IT systems integration is a plus.
3. Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with enterprise networks, service provider networks, and financial data centre architectures; expertise in BGP, MPLS VPN, OSPF, and other network protocols.
- Capable of designing and delivering large-scale wireless network architectures.
- Skilled in the design and implementation of cloud IAAS architectures.
- Proficient in designing and delivering cloud network products.
- Strong understanding of information security management and network security architecture design.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, able to perform well under pressure.
5. Language Skills:
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.
- Ability to read and write emails in English.
